    Productivity Laptop

Im heading off to university soon and i need a laptop that can handle well in programming / video editing.
I'd appreciate anyone who has a word of a mouth about some choices.Budget is kinda a thing not to expensive and not too cheap 500-800$

If you are going to compile big stuff with it you are better off with something that is 4cores and over, graphics card doesn't really play a part here because you will ultimately use your CPU for rendering your video editing.
But yeah, If you weren't going to do programming I'd suggest a macbook but rip.

Search for a laptop with a good CPU, you can find one in Microsoft's website.

Look for the notebook style laptops. I personally have a HP EliteBook 340, it has a Core i5-4300U, Intel HD 4400 (doesn't matter as Shini said) and it never gives freezes.

Perfect for school/uni work. Also, look for an SSD storage computer, as it'll start up in seconds.
